The Executive Clarity Assessment is a private, structured experience designed to give you a complete picture of where you are: in your work, in your life, and in the space between what you have built and what you know is still possible. Where you are exceptional, where a focused shift could open something new, and what your clearest direction forward looks like from here. Here is how it works: 01: Book your session and complete payment. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes with everything you need. 02: Check your email for your private diagnostic assessment link. Set aside 45 to 60 uninterrupted minutes. Answer from where you genuinely are right now. Complete it at least 24 hours before your session. 03: We review your responses and build your personalized roadmap before we meet. 04: Attend your private strategy session. We walk you through what we observed, what is working in your favor, and where one focused shift could change everything. 05: Receive your written roadmap within 48 hours of your session, refined based on everything we covered together. If you choose to continue with The Advisory or The Breakthrough, your $750 investment will be credited in full. Prefer a guided conversation over completing the assessment on your own? Booking Cancellation Policy
At Leader's Refinery, we value your time and ours. To ensure each strategy session delivers the highest level of focus and impact, please review the following policy before confirming your booking. Advance Booking Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to allow proper preparation. Rescheduling You may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours will be considered a cancellation. Cancellations Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed sessions will be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Late Arrival If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. No-Show Policy Failure to attend without notice will result in a forfeited session. Confidentiality All sessions, materials, and communications shared within the Leader's Refinery experience are strictly confidential. By booking, you agree to hold all information exchanged in complete confidence and not to disclose session content to any third party. Intellectual Property All frameworks, methodologies, tools, content, and materials presented or shared by Leader's Refinery are the exclusive intellectual property of Leader's Refinery. By booking, you acknowledge that nothing shared during or following your session may be reproduced, distributed, taught, or repurposed in any form without express written permission.
