Leader’s Refinery Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Leader’s Refinery Membership (the “Membership”), operated by [Your Company Name] (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose of the Membership
Leader’s Refinery Membership exists to empower leaders through education, accountability, coaching, and community. Membership is a privilege, not a right. By joining, you commit to contributing in a positive, respectful, and empowering manner.

2. Eligibility

• Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years or older.

• The Membership is designed for growth-minded leaders who are serious about their development and willing to support others.

• We reserve the right to review and deny applications that do not align with the culture and values of Leader’s Refinery.
   

3. Payment & Billing

• Membership fees are listed at enrollment and may be billed monthly or annually.

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Pricing may be adjusted with 30 days’ written notice.
   

4. Term & Termination

• Membership is ongoing until canceled by you or terminated by us.

• You may cancel at any time; access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership immediately and without refund if you violate these Terms, community standards, or act in a way that undermines the culture of the Membership.

5. Membership Access & Content

• You receive access to content, resources, events, and community features as described at the time of enrollment.

• Access is for personal development only.

• Sharing, distributing, or reselling content without written permission is prohibited.

• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Community Standards (Non-Negotiable)
The Leader’s Refinery Membership is built on values of empowerment, accountability, trust, and contribution. By joining, you agree to:

• Lift others up. Contribute in ways that are positive, encouraging, and respectful.

• Empower growth. Share insights, experiences, and feedback that support other members.

• Maintain confidentiality. Respect the privacy of other members and the confidentiality of discussions.

• No toxicity. Discrimination, harassment, gossip, negativity, or any behavior that diminishes others will not be tolerated.

• No self-promotion or solicitation. This is a space for learning and growth, not selling.

Failure to uphold these standards may result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Results Disclaimer
We provide tools, education, and frameworks to support leadership growth. However, your results depend on your commitment, effort, and external factors outside our control. We do not guarantee promotions, revenue growth, or specific business outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials (frameworks, videos, templates, PDFs, presentations) are the property of Leader’s Refinery and protected by copyright law.

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

• Reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the membership fees paid in the preceding three (3) months.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.


11. Modifications
