How it works:

Before Session 1: Assessment You will complete a comprehensive diagnostic across eight dimensions of how you operate. Your decision-making patterns, how you function under pressure, where your highest-leverage opportunities live, and what may be quietly costing you.

Session 1: Assessment Debrief and Strategic Roadmap We review your results together and build your customized advisory plan based on what your assessment revealed and where you want to go.

 

Sessions 2 and beyond: Tailored Strategic Advisory Every session is built around what you are navigating right now; your specific constraints, opportunities, and decisions.

 

Every month includes:

• Two private sessions, 60-90 minutes each, built entirely around your situation.

• Continuous private communication access for guidance in the moments that cannot wait for the next scheduled call.

• Custom frameworks and resources developed specifically for your context and the work in front of you.

• Monthly & Quarterly progress reviews to assess what has shifted and where to focus next.
