The Advisory is ongoing strategic support for entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial women leading $5M-$50M businesses or divisions. You receive private coaching, strategic guidance, and direct access, without the commitment of a full intensive.
Before your first session, you'll complete a comprehensive leadership assessment. We review your results in Session 1 and create your customized coaching plan based on your highest-leverage opportunities.
Every month includes 2 private sessions, Voxer access for quick questions, and custom resources built specifically for your business.

In Month 1, we complete your assessment, identify your highest-leverage opportunities, and begin building your strategic foundation. In Months 2-3, we implement, refine, and create sustainable momentum.
The 3-month commitment ensures you're invested in the process and we have time to deliver real results, not quick fixes.
