Booking Cancellation Policy

At Leader's Refinery, we value your time and ours. To ensure each strategy session delivers the highest level of focus and impact, please review the following policy before confirming your booking. Advance Booking Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to allow proper preparation. Rescheduling You may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours will be considered a cancellation. Cancellations Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed sessions will be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Late Arrival If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. No-Show Policy Failure to attend without notice will result in a forfeited session. Confidentiality All sessions, materials, and communications shared within the Leader's Refinery experience are strictly confidential. By booking, you agree to hold all information exchanged in complete confidence and not to disclose session content to any third party. Intellectual Property All frameworks, methodologies, tools, content, and materials presented or shared by Leader's Refinery are the exclusive intellectual property of Leader's Refinery. By booking, you acknowledge that nothing shared during or following your session may be reproduced, distributed, taught, or repurposed in any form without express written permission.
