Booking Cancellation Policy

At Leader’s Refinery, we value your time and ours. To ensure each strategy session delivers the highest level of focus and impact, we ask that you review the following policy before confirming your booking: Advance Booking Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to allow proper preparation. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours will be considered a cancellation. Cancellations Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed sessions will be forfeited and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Late Arrival We respect your schedule and ours. If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. No-Show Policy Failure to attend without notice will result in a forfeited session.
