The Foundation Before Session One

Before your first session, you complete The Clarity Assessment. A comprehensive look at where you are, what has shaped you, and what is ready to move.

Many of the people who arrive at this work have been delivering for others so consistently that something essential about themselves has been quietly set aside. The Clarity Assessment is where it returns.

What makes you extraordinary. What you carry into the next chapter. What has run its course. What deserves further refinement and development.

By the time we meet, the path is drawn. We arrive at Session One ready to move.

ADVISORY

Two private sessions each month. Sixty to ninety minutes. Ninety-day minimum engagement.

Every session is built from what The Clarity Assessment revealed: who you are at your best, what makes you singular, and the specific territory your next chapter requires.

The board pressure. The team dynamic you are navigating carefully. The opportunity you are not ready to announce. The crossroads only you know about.

We work through them together, with the precision that comes from truly knowing who you are and where you are going, and the discretion that makes complete honesty possible.

This is a confidential partnership. Full stop.

CONTINUITY

Available Between Sessions

The work continues between sessions. You have access for the moments that matter and cannot wait for the next conversation.

When a decision needs a second perspective. When something shifts and you need to think it through. When the path needs adjusting before the next session arrives.

Quarterly reviews anchor the engagement at every stage, tracking what has deepened, what has shifted, and where the next season of work belongs.
